With this new offering, the company provides maintenance and repair estimates to customers through a video call using WhatsApp. The RETA estimator guides the customer during the video call to show the damages that need repair, asks necessary questions, and then prepares and sends the estimate to the customer within a few hours.
With this new service, customers can avoid bringing their vehicles to RETA facilities, saving time and fuel.
