LS carries out its activity taking into account the consultation of its stakeholders, guaranteeing a commitment to involving interested parties in the alignment and sensitisation for the development of a sustainable culture in the business areas. The integration of the challenges identified in the materiality assessment were incorporated into Luís Simões‘ Sustainability strategy, operationalised in “9 Principles” which bring together the initiatives to be developed to improve LS’ performance – Sustainability Strategy.
The identification of stakeholders, namely their concerns and expectations, is of vital importance in the process of reassessing the sustainability strategy.
