LS responsible for storage services, picking and distribution in Portugal

Luis Simões has expanded the portfolio of customers with the conquest of a new brand in the perfume and cosmetics sector, Boticário, being responsible for transportation and logistics operations in Portugal. The contract began in May this year and includes storage services, picking and distribution in its network of stores.

The services offered by LS are created and tailored to customer needs, including the optimization of the organization of products and packaging for the moment of picking.

The management of Boticário products is carried out in a restricted area, controlled by CCTV video surveillance system. The area dedicated to picking is comprised of dynamic and gravitational racking to facilitate the storage and collection, as well as radio frequency and quality control. An expert team composed of six people, is also dedicated to the control and monitoring of standard volumes of the brand process.
