Luís Simões debate trends in the procurement market

LS integrates conference on the technological challenge for the transport and logistics sector

Luis Simões is present in sourcing conference buying "Rethinking Procurement", which takes place on 15th October at the Hotel Tryp Airport in Lisbon, with the participation of Fatima Moura, Purchasing Director invited to discuss the main trends the procurement market of transport and logistics.

The emergence of new technologies in the retail sector did trigger new dynamics in the relationship between operators and suppliers and, in this context, Luis Simões has strengthened its position in the sourcing and procurement segment.

"We believe that, currently, the growth of companies in this sector is closely related to the ability to develop and implement an integrated service and thus provide competitive advantages that are reflected in the results of our customers," advances Fatima Moura.

In Iberia consumers spent in online 15 269 million / year, of which 12,969 million in Spain - as indicated in the report of Ecommerce Europe 2013.
